We ship our Glowdip products worldwide.
Shipping costs
United States: $15 / Free shipping from $60
Please note that shipping costs are calculated on the value of your shopping cart. Digital vouchers do not count towards the required minimum order quantity, as they are generally free of shipping costs. The calculation is made after all discounts have been deducted.
Shipping areas & shipping time
United States (FedEx).
Delivery in 2-3 business days.
Delivery times apply from the time the order has left our warehouse or you have received the shipping confirmation. This may take 1-2 business days in addition to the delivery time.
Of course, we work hard and lovingly to ensure that your Glowdip products reach you as quickly as possible. Together with our partners, we ensure that the production and shipment of your orders is risk-free in every respect - all processes are also regularly checked and adjusted if necessary.
Please note that there is no delivery on weekend and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping costs.
Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours of the conclusion of the agreement (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content is made available to you via a link communicated by email.
The sending of this e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content takes place within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

More details on payment
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.
When paying by credit card, the taxation of your credit card account occurs at the conclusion of the contract.
