Right of withdrawal for consumer
(A consumer is any natural person for the purpose of a legal transaction, which cannot essentially be counted as part of their business or self-employed professional activity).

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date.
- On which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, to the extent that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they will be or have been delivered uniformly;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, to the extent that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they will be or have been uniformly delivered;
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JD Ecommerce B.V. Van Karnebeekstraat 84, 8011 JL Zwolle, e-mail address: hello@glowdip.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telefax or e-mail). You may use the attached standard withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not obligatory.
For compliance with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have refunded to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal is received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you set up in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will this refund involve additional costs to you.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have demonstrated that the goods were sent to you, whichever comes first.
You must return or surrender the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 2-week deadline.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for the loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling with you and this after checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion and lapse
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for their production on the basis of an individual choice or by the decision of the consumer that is decisive or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiration date is rapidly passing;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon in the contract, and which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and their current value depends on fluctuations in the market, over which the entrepreneur has no control;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts
- the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods, if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
