Returns

If you wish to return your starter kit or any other product, please contact our customer service team at hello@glowdip.com and they will initiate the return process.

*Please note that the return policy is only available for unused products. If your product is used, please go to the refund policy.

You are not eligible for a return in the following cases:

Expired return window: If the return window of 30 days from receipt of goods has expired, you are not eligible for a return.

Used product: Due to strict hygiene standards, a product is not eligible for return once it has been used. However, we encourage you to review our Refund Policy - 3 Risk Free Manicures as an alternative way to assess the effectiveness and satisfaction of the product.

Seal of products is broken: Goods are not eligible for return if the seal is broken for health or hygiene reasons after delivery, unless they are defective.

Non-compliance with return policy: Failure to comply with the return policy, such as failure to provide proof of purchase or returning items after the specified time frame, will result in the product being ineligible for a refund.

Damage caused by customer: If the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse by the customer, we cannot offer a refund.

Gift with purchase: If a free gift was given with the purchase and it is not returned with the product, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.
